- I will begin marketing your home immediately. Several options consist of notifying buyers and agents through the newspaper of your home being a new listing. Also, placing your home on my Web page as a "FEATURED HOME". Through Century21 Bradley, the Home Connection T.V show featured locally on 21 Alive(Channel 7 Cable) every Sunday morning at 9:00am. This is a great way to create exposure and enhance traffic flow to your home.
- I will make sure that contracts and disclosure requirements are discussed thoroughly and inform you of any inspection that you should consider having done ahead.
- The most important is constant communication and ensuring the best price for your home with the least amount of stress!
